We've had to bribe Mabel to eat the last couple of days with a little cheddar cheese mixed in with her food. Today, I thought I'd try to feed her without it. I put her food in her bowl while she watched me get everything ready. She then sat and stared at the bowl of food for a couple of minutes, before getting up and walking to the refrigerator. She sat and stared at the door. I think she was saying, "Hellloooooo!!! You forgot something!!!"

Ms Cami went to Vet yesterday...she weighs just a tad under 70 lbs

Which is almost 2 lbs more than when she arrived here and I got her
her down to almost 65 lbs and was aiming for 60 lbs...whut happened?

It's the add ons trying to temp them to eat (I think) I give her 1 cup of
kibble but then there's the dollup of whatever...and that occasional cookie
for good behavior and a couple bites of ice cream sandwich and then the
pizza crust. None seems like very much as it's not a lot at once but these
bullies pack on those pounds so easily! I was shocked & mortified when
he called out her weight

She needs a spay and I'm certainly NOT going to let her go under...that
fat! Cami is a big boned girl, massive chest, and why she's was a breeder
BUT!!! Anyways, waiting for cooler weather for both of us to start walks.
It'll be interesting, Ms Thang HATES walking, in avatar pic, I'd mentioned
the 'W word' and she'd flung herself up on my couch then rolled over to
become dead weight! If I persisist saying 'the W word' she puts one front
paw in the air as if to ward off a beating and gets this abject look of terror
on her face. I really ought to get her an agent in Hollywood and make money.
Could use it towards her FOOD BILL each month.

Ive tried that to get Chum to eat a new food..but once I did it he expected it all of the time..its hard to go back!
