Friday I took Norm to the vet. I was searching around for a good vet and definitely wanted someone with bulldog experience/expertise. Norm weighed in at 57 pounds. About 5 pounds more than when I got him! I can't feel every vertebrae in his back any more! The vet was AMAZED at what good shape he's in considering he's a rescue and we have no history on him. He tested neg on all the worm tests! 
Doc was very thorough and tested pretty much everything from stem to stern. And Norm passed with flying colors. We got some panalog for the nose rope and tail. And some ear wash for a little bit of wax/debris buildup. We go back in 2 weeks for the lyme vaccine. Can I brag on how AWESOME Norm did??? He was just Mr Mellow the whole time.
