SOMEONE SENT ME THIS... GREAT NEWS. NOW IT NEEDS TO BE SAME RULE EVERYWHERE!
A simple blood test, a Rabies Titer measures immunity.
This bill recognizes that fact. So many pets have died and been sickened by Rabies shots that had no medical benefit since the pets already had immunity that could have been proven by doing a titer!
