Hi, my name is Zeus. I am 8 years old. My 8 years have been a little hard on me, but the staff here at TABR are working to fix that. I don't trust people easily because my past as been a little rough. I am afraid of fast, quick movements so a slow easy household where I can relax would be heaven for me. Kids may be a little too much for me to handle so please no children.
I love fluffy beds but I would settle for an old soft couch. I am finding out that I love to be scratched on the head and back, but I am still not to the cuddling stage. Although I am seriously considering it might be something really nice.
I am okay with other dogs unless I get backed into a corner. I get nervous when I feel like I have no escape route. However, if they won't fight back then I run away pretty fast. I was attacked by some larger dogs so that's why I get nervous when I get cornered.
My throat hurts a lot and I am headed to the vet to see if my throat and windpipe have been damaged. So, please say a prayer for me this week as we try to figure out what all is going on with my neck and throat.
