so i took both spike & sparkles to the vet to get weighed today and sparkles will be 6 months saturday and is at 27 pounds and spike is 1 year and 2 months and is 57 pounds. we also went to the park & petsmart today pics below... :D
also my question..... so sparkles inhales her food like the minute i put her bowl down its gone within like one minute. i remember spike being the same way when he was a puppy now my question has anybody ever bought a slow feeder bowl? and if you have does it work? and if you do have one where did u order it or buy it from. i went to petsmart today and couldn't find one :[

I never get tired of seeing those two gorgeous faces!! Totally cute pics!! We bought Chaos a slow feeder bowl and it does help. got ours at petco.

:[ we don't have a petco...i saw one online but its plastic...and i think i heard somewhere plastic is not good for them. i need something asap tho bc man it scares me how fast she eats.

We are using the first one right now with Orion. It works..but she still inhales.

Love the pictures, I free feed our Bubbles so eating to fast has never been an issue. She has never been overweight. Thanks for the pictures.

i use a slow feeder for my female bully and my male neo mastiff......bully caught fast but my neo didnt.

I used a regular bowl and put a big rock in it. One that's too big to swallow. They had to move it around to get their food. Worked well for us.

You have very handsome bulldogs.

Emmitt is 6 months old and 26 pounds and looks much skinnier than your dog. I am a little concerned that my dog doesn't look stocky and filled out like yours, but the weight is the same. I started feeding him more and am trying some digestive enzymes.

thanks everyone i think she is still small for her age but she is about to hit that 30lb mark so i guess she is ok.
