They are the same harnesses that the Police and Military use to train their dogs, they are very light weight, padded and adjustable, very easy to put on and take off, the band across the chest takes the pressure off their necks and they don't pull as much, plus they have a handle on the top for added control when needed, and they glow in the dark. I've tried a few different harnesses, and my guys always slip out of them. These cannot fall off or down, they are the best harnesses I've ever had. Love them.

I bought Size 1 for both of them, which fit Blossom perfectly, but it was a little loose at first for Dozer, but we adjusted the Velcro strap on the chest and now it fits fine, it just overlaps a little. The belt that goes under the belly fits them both good. Blossom has a stockier build and her chest is a little wider than dozers.

The website has a size chart with the measurements for sizing.
