Help Needed! What food should we use for bella?

Hi we have 14 week old bulldog girl bella who has been on royal canin junior since we got her given to us when we bought her, her skin lately is coming up raised bumps and red around the head patchy fur around the area too, any advice regarding food would be grateful?

Then you got pets at home own make wainwrights grain free range (or something like this)
Lastly there is also Skinners -a bit less % of meat than James Welbeloved - salmon is the one i would go for -the cheapest skinners is not worth your time
Also pets at home stores are starting new range called Evolution naturally with 70% + 30% fruit and veg meat (just like Orijen ) -they should be hitting stores soon -we cant wait to try it

You got also arden grange - but some of my friends found difficult to keep the weight while using the recommended daily amount of feeding
