What baby girl wants....

My daughter is up at college now and before we left after moving her a few weeks ago in she asked her roommate if she like good bbq. Her roommate being a true Texas girl naturally said hell yeah...

What's a father to do...

Yup... You guessed it. Give her what she wants and spend the night smoking a brisket for baby girl and her friends. In 16 or so hours some bbq goodness will be ready which is easy part. The hard part is not eating it before I can get it to her.

I still remember my very 1st brisket made for 1st Hubby & his friends.
Was so nervous but it turned out tender, juicy & fabulous...nothing left.
