Watson meets the ocean

This is Watson's first time at the beach. He was afraid of the waves so he didn't actually jump in. He got his front paws wet only.

Bubba did the same thing when I took him to the dog beach. He didn't like the waves. Only went in once when another dog he wanted to see was in there.

Lol. No. Didn't take one when he got in the ocean for a little bit. I put him in the pool with me when he was a pup( held my hands under him of course) and he did swim a little. Thankfully he doesn't like the pool so fears is him jumping in and drowning are much less!!!

Love the life vest! That is awesome. I am glad Watson liked the beach. Frank loves the beach too but hates the waves...he would run away if he got near them. But he will happily wade in calm water!

Bea likes to chase the waves...to the degree that she'd follow them out into Puget Sound if I didn't pull her back. Bo's fav part of a beach hike is finding something super stinky (and dead) and then rolling in it and/or eating it.

I love Watson's vest and he'll find out how fun water is --- and then you won't be able to get him out of it.

dead sea weed but that was about it. Maybe some day he will jump in the water.

Actually that is his alert stance when he its on high alert. I think he enjoyed himself though
