The biggest happiness for me is Alice...Ann adopted her from a local Lady who rescued her from a breeder in Texas.
Alice had given birth to 3 litters, but the last resulted in a a hernia.
The breeder didn't want to pay for her to be healed and fixed (no more pups) so he took her to the death house.
The local lady just happened to be visiting her brother who works at the death house and asked why the Yorkie, Alice, was there.
Her brother told her to take Alice and so she came to California and got her hernia repaired and also got spayed.
We got her 3 weeks ago and soon found out she had been debarked.
She's and awesome dog. Shadow, our male 10-year-old Yorkie, and Alice have "gotten into to it a few times".
So has Walley-Bubba and Shadow but then Alice intervened with both of them.
Anyway, all is well and they really do get along together as a pack.
Alice is a very sweet girl. Shadow is a very sweet boy as always. Walley-Bubba seems to have finally turned the corner and become a sweet, sweet young dog.
Ann is the best dog owner and wife evar!
That leaves me, still struggling to at least TRY and be a good dog person!.
It's all about the dogs.
I'm still learning.
