Would it be ok to rub Vicks on my boys paws to soften them ? Or is Vicks dangerous to bully's ? Thanks for the info .

Not sure if it is OK or not.... Vaseline, Musher's secret or Aquaphor will help

I'm not sure if its safe to use on dogs either, I would be leery of using it on the dogs nose, or paws, as it could be an irritant, because of the Menthol, and burn their skin, also it could be an irritant or toxic to the tongue, or oral tissues, because dogs tend to lick their noses and paws when something is applied to them. I would use Vaseline or a product that is safe for dogs.

Aquaphore does wonders!! I would not use Vicks, although I love the smell, I am sure the bully's wouldn't
