My name is Truvy, I'm about 3 years old and for the first few years of my life I was chained outside. My former owner agreed to surrender me because I was malnourished and needed some TLC and some good people who saw me knew I wouldn't survive many more hot South Carolina days outside. I LOVE kids and am okay with dogs after a proper transition period.
