Transporting my bulldog internationally

We are traveling from the US to Manila, Philippines. Has anyone used any of the pet transport services (Air Animal Pet Movers, Starwood Pet Travel, Airpets International. We know this move is extremely challenging, and not even sure its possible Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
