I really have nothing to add here. Change of vet and every test available asap. This is not just about what or how much you're feeding. Let us know what the results are.

i have nothing to add except i would be feeding that dog something other than just canned food. perhaps some brown rice and chicken or beef and brown rice. even beef and quinoa. that dogs needs some nutrients. perhaps a vitamin till you can find out what is wrong. keep us updated.

My experience was with Diarrhea, thirst and urination where not an issue. But please look up www.epi4dogs.com, read the symptoms and see if anything else looks familiar. I am not sure why your vet is not concerned at the moment. This could be something life threatening.
