I have been there too unfortunately…
You can get melatonin, that really helps me to get sleepy.

UGH.... Watch mindless TV that is not entertains, helps stop the brain and you will fall asleep

Same problem here. A couple of benadryl do the trick. I bet you have some laying around

Psych nurse to the rescue. I know just the thing to improve your sleep. Snow shoveling!! My son in Virginia Beach told me all about the snow coming your way!

Just so many thoughts running through my head and they mix in with my emotions and it's annoying
[MENTION=2894]2BullyMama[/MENTION] mindless tv is always on unless it's law&order SVU lol [MENTION=10206]agentbunny[/MENTION] I use melatonin and sometimes Benadryl but I wake up 30 mins later and my mind is still racing [MENTION=3123]agingermom[/MENTION] your son and I are in the same area!! lol and no snow shoveling here, do not like being cold, Hercules is my reason for going outside lol

Ugh, insomnia is the worst I'm sorry you're having sleep problems, I've been there too. A nice warm bath before bed time, avoid caffeinated products after 12noon, drink warm milk…all the more typical words of advice can actually be helpful. Hope you get some sweet dreams soon!
