Skin issues, bald spots, scabs

Need good scraping to determine best antibiotic to fight this. It appears to be staph. If it's weepy/sticky and smells yucky then yeast has joined the party. Keto will also have to be administered. This battle will take at least a month if not two...longer perhaps depending on the condition of the patient's immune system.
We've seen and treated rescues that look MUCH worse. Sometimes the fight is longer than expected. Diligence in administering meds is extremely important. Missing a single dose can set you back days.

Finally following up on this thread. I skipped the dermatology appointment as they were estimating the tests and scripts could run $500-1000. I switched shampoos to Curaseb Chlorhexidine 4% (had been using anti fungal and antibacterial 2% with no luck). You have to leave it on for ten minutes but it works! She is 100% cleared up now, no scabs, no bald spots. I even bring it to the groomers when she's having a spa day. Thanks to everyone for the advice. To anyone following this thread for similar problems, I would add that I had already tried many of the suggestions others made, had scrapes and testing, staph had been ruled out, and I also tried the nustock after this post. Curaseb was the magic potion I was looking for. I bought it on amazon.
