I noticed a red mark two days ago on my bulldog on her neck’s left side. It appeared like a healing scratch but then noticed yesterday that it opens up more and she may caused it to bleed when she was scratching it.
Attaching pics. Anyone knows what this may be?

Looks like a hot spot. I enlarged the photo but it gets blurry. My GS had one exactly like that but on his elbow. I would wash it with mild soap pad it dry and let it air dry naturally. But I did up the probiotics so his system can fight it. Read the link below. Might help you a lot.

If it's a hot spot, shave around it with a clipper and wash with chlorhexidine shampoo and put some Nu-Stock or antibiotic cream on after.

Thank you!!! I did some research on it now and I am pretty sure it’s a hot spot.
I will take the steps noted to heal and hopefully she gets better soon
