Today was So Cal English Bulldog Rescues 2014 Brunch for the Bully's and it was great! The only thing was you couldn't bring your bully because it was held at a beautiful restaurant in Santa Ana. The food was great and they held both an auction and a silent auction. Everyone was super nice.
There were 2 of SCBR's rescue bullies there Chico,
and Ricky. Both of them had severe mange when they were rescued but Chico who is 3 has grown back almost all of his hair. Ricky who just turned one has little patches of hair growing back.
You can really tell how much these guys love the volunteers by the looks in their eyes!
We were able to meet Skip who is a really nice guy and was happy to have members from EBN show up, this is him next to an auction painting.

This one basket really surprised me because if you look in the back on the far right it's one of our very own EBN calenders!! Made me so happy!
Anyone who has a chance to go to a Bully Rescue event should go, you will not regret it! We had a blast!

Phil, I was waiting for your post and recap on today's bulldog brunch!! Looked awesome!!! Glad you had a great time and all for a wonderful cause. I agree, Skip is super nice and does so much for the bullies. I hope to go next year. Thanks for the great pictures.
