heat oven to 425 degrees-
use a greased and floured 9x 12 cake pan
One yellow Duncan Hines cake mix(no substitutes)
one cup of corn meal
into 2 cups of milk, allow to sit for 3 to 4 minuets,
then microwave for a minuet or until starting to thicken,
mix cake mix
3 eggs,
1/2 cup oil
and milk/corn meal mixture
beat well and bake for 20 to 25 minuets
this is great with Chili !!!!
