It was not easy but I’ll be okay in a while. He was a dear friend and companion.

Im so sorry to hear. These dogs often think they are the lucky ones (or so it is believed), but in all honesty, we are the ones who are blessed to have them in our lives and to have been given the opportunity to love them. As others have said, I’m glad that you were by his side during his last breathe. Losing a pet is like losing a child and it is difficult but it is always best to look back on the best of times and remember them for their spunky and loving character. Brisket, Oreo and I send our love and prayers for you.
