Hope I can do this, not sure about the rule. the booklet was too large to post, but it is under a megabye, so if you e-mail me @ flhr@att.net I can forward the file to you, put in the subject line "booklet". I am not trying to recommend this vet clinic but only get the booklet out because it may be helpful. Thanks
