Penny's spay surgery is in the morning

My husband & I had a puppy when we first got married that died from the anesthesia when we took him to get neutered.

I may need medicated or lots of wine to get through the day tomorrow. Our vet doesn't call or allow calla until after 1:00 & I drop her off at 8.

Aww . I know how you feel .. My bully rex went in last week i was a nervous wreck .. I actually went back into the vet changing my mind .. I dont know how i made it through that day .. But to make you feel better .. He is fine ..was fine when he came out .. And back to himself the next morning .. And penny will do just the same!! Prayers and well wishes headed your way !!

Aww, it's understandable to be scared!

I'm sure Penny will be just fine. I'll keep her in my thoughts for you.

Delilah did just fine with her spay. I had a tiny little rat make it through a major surgery (getting his eye removed!) with anesthesia. If he can make it, so can Penny!

Praying for Penny too! I am in the same boat with you today, we just dropped Stella off at 8:30. I actually cried a little when we left the vet and my husband said "it's totally okay to cry, she's our baby, but she will be fine!" I can't wait to hear that everything is ok.
