Tonight I went to IL to pick up Miss Brynn! She LOVES car rides, but was not to thrilled to barley be able to see out of the window. Once we got home we had to explore of course - she hauls a** up and down stairs... I am impressed for little legs My cats are not to happy. I have one cat who loved my yellow lab, but unfortunately we had to put her to sleep, but he was the only one to not run, hide, hiss, or scrunch up at Brynn... especially when she laid down then he really came around to see her - she was more at his level then. The others... well they've been around dogs, but it will take a few days I am sure!
Her previous owners are absolutely AWESOME! They were so generous in giving me Brynn's crate and bed that goes in it, her bed for the other room, her life vest, all of her flea/tick/heartworm medications for the rest of the year, her vet records, the rest of her food, all the toys she likes to play with, her toothbrush/toothpaste, ear cleaning supplies, any vitamins, multiple rawhides, kongs, she went and bought a few different types of treats for us, her leash, collar, nail trimmer, pig ears, and I am sure something else I am forgetting. But, needless to say - she was VERY spoiled there and will be here as well - I can't thank them enough for being so generous. She also got a bath, ear clean, wrinkle clean, teeth clean, and nails done this morning before I came to pick her up. :D How awesome is that?!
I have her crate in my room next to my bed so she can see me - she wouldn't lay down tonight unless I sat next to her so for awhile I was sitting on the floor playing candy crush wondering if it was safe to move or not while she slept and snored away! She also had a walk today, a ride to the pet store, and quality family time spent with them before I came to pick her up - so I have one exhausted bully tonight!
Here are a few pictures I snapped of her from my cell phone on our way home and once we got home & a picture of her new dog tag with my information on it, better safe than sorry!
