I think they do it because of the shape of their behinds. Pepper sits on mine also and I swear she uses my foot sort of like a chock block so she does not roll over like one of those blow up punch clowns

Macy does this as well. When I am on my knees leaning over into the bathtub to bathe my skin kids Macy lays over the backs of my legs. :D
