Nose Ropes & Wrinkles: How do I clean and keep dry?

I have noticed that Fezzik's nose rope is staying really moist. Typically I would wipe with witch hazel, but they have just stayed continually moist. Any suggestions on keeping them dry?

This time of year is really hard keeping them dry... all the allergies and humidity fit against us. Neo Predef powder helps a lot!
