Hi My Otis, Ivan is 28 kg (it should be 63 lbs). We - me & my wife - daily clean his face, ears and body. We also go out for a one hour walk every day. He has just one lunch per day and nothing more than his food. We fortunately found good feed for him and Ivan has no problem about skin, nose, foot and tail. Try with a differenti food...what does Elmo eat?

Elmo eats Fromm Dry Food, and Canidae canned food about 1 tablespoon mixed into his dry food twice a day, We also give Elmo 1tablespoon of coconut oil, and 1 tablespoon of yogurt every day. Give Ivan a Hug and Kiss from me and Elmo.
