I'm so sorry. Did he have to be put down? That makes me so angry that his previous owners could not even be loyal enough to be there for him for that, and gave him up for someone else to deal with. Thank you for trying.

I'm so sorry for your loss. It makes me so angry that his owner dumped him after neglecting him for so long. I just don't understand how someone can let their bully baby suffer and then abandon them to suffer some more...

Oh No, I'm just reading this thread, and am so sad to hear about Duncan's passing. I'm so sorry for your loss, and so sorry that this happened to sweet Duncan. I will never understand how people can be so heartless and cruel to let their pet suffer and then abandon them when they get old or sick. Thank you for rescuing him, and giving him a loving home, even if it was for a short time. He at least lived his last days with love, care and compassion. I'm sure he felt your love, and I'm sure you made a difference to his life. RIP sweet boy.
