Need some advice

I just noticed this on my little guy today.
Has this happen to anyone's bully. My Rocco is in doors. He only gos outside when we are home. Is this common

Looks like he has a little bit of hyper keratosis (the yellow part) on his paw causing some rubbing. I would start soaking the paw two times a day in Epsom salt. He may need a vet visit if it gets worse.
