OMG!!! Honestly there was only about 3 items that I buy, and mostly it's for the kiddos... I've been trying to purchase organic, but gosh darn it's SO expensive!!!

I personally don’t use any of these items. I will have to admit I’ve used them when kids were young like decades ago like Heinz ketchup. Find me a kid that doesn’t use ketchup lol...

I too use Morningstar which are really great vegetarian burger n Green Giant for fresh frozen veggies for quick stir fry when I’m in a hurry but they’re coming off my list now!!! Winter in Canada is harder to find fresh veggies as it’s mostly imported. Summer I eat what comes out of my garden. Mind you these 2 items I don’t eat on regular basis either but still out they go.

If you can grow more in the summer in your garden you’ll have your organic veggies.
