Lola Came Home Friday

We brought Lola's ashes home Friday. I broke down. My baby's body has been burned and the thought makes me sick. They did a great job though. They gave us a paw print, a couple patches of her fur, a couple magnets of her name and a cotton paw print with seeds in it so you can plant it and grow flowers in her honor. It breaks my heart all over again. I'm still having such a horribly hard time dealing with her being gone. But I do feel better now that she's home. I just can't believe she's gone. I'm still waiting to wake up from the nightmare.
