Licking

My 2 yr old female Victoria (spayed) will often times lick cushions, carpet, pillows, blankets, in addition to people's legs. She is otherwise pretty healthy (sensitive skin, shellfish allergy), always has water available (communal water fountain for her and the cats). Any ideas?

Jake does that often. He has a great raw diet so I know it’s not what he eats, has no allergies either. Jake’s issue is Anxiety. A lot of EB dogs have anxiety.

My German Shepherd has anxiety. I get on the ATV drive like a maniac up n down the acreage n she’s following me non stop. I burn her energy out. Jake n Nyala, I walk up n down a small hill n they follow. Jake is more lazy. When he’s had enough, he runs up the hill to the house n waits at the door.

If I’m not mistaken, she’s still young, burn her energy n see how that goes.

Yep.. it’s a quirk… my Frenchie licks the rug when bored… I take him for a walk or we pull out the remote control car for him to chase for a bit

Yes!!!! He last about 15 minutes and then passes out for the night. If I can remember how to attach a video, I’ll post one
