Leaving a review for Dan Carrison

Has any one had problems leaving a review for Dan? I have an account on Amazon, but have never bought any thing from there and when I go in to leave review this is what I get.....

Did Dan e-mail you a link to use to leave the review? I clicked on that and was able to leave my review after signing into Amazon.
