Don't fuss about how he looks as compared to other bullies. I was the same up until 4 months ago. Our vet always says there is no problem with Bella and the problem is with me.
You do not want bullies to grow up too quickly. Give them a couple of years to define themselves physically.

Your bullie looks good. Don't lose sleep over this silly issue of how he looks.
