Help Needed! How to make mush?

Good afternoon everyone!
I am currently raising a litter of 8 English Bulldog puppies with the help of my fiancé and the pups mama, Fiona. The puppies are 3 weeks today. Is it safe to start weaning into mush? If so, how do I make the best possible mush for my pups. All your advice and help is appreciated.

We would start them on mush around week 4. But you can start now if you want. Take some rice cereal and mix with goats milk at first, then after a few days add in some puppy food that is ground up and add it to the goats milk. Once they get their teeth in at about the end of the 4th week you can start adding some larger chunks of the puppy food so they can start to chew, then slowly let the pieces get larger. Once on puppy food without grinding still mix it with water to soften it up a bit.
