Yep that sounds pretty normal right after playing. He should settle down after about 15 minutes or so though to normal breathing.

HRH never sleeps on her back. She will submit to belly rubs and even rolls to her side when playing like she wants a belly rub, but she never rolls completely over on her back by herself.
