Thankfully, at this point, I'm just about better and sleeping as well as possible again. The saline spray helped a lot and (god forbid) I get sick again, I have lots of options. Don't know what I'd do without EBN!

yes - I would do the nasal nedi pot, or just spray the above person advised, BUT I would defiantly get 3 pillow high under your back, starting at the waist. a good 15 inches high. it will help a lot.
