little sweet heart. Did you after sort of carry her around close to you so she got used to it? Hank LOVES the water but i could never have a pool or at least never leave him unattended around one( as im sure no one here would), but sure would love to have one... just remember, they (at least most) are not swimmers. Hank still can even without a life preserver but im too fearful so always put on his life jacket (similar to yours)when we go to the beach . I love dogs in water.. Just be soooooooooooo careful of getting her used to it if you dont want her to hop on in w/o ya

Bella loves the water! So we CANNOT leave her out back unattended EVER!
As she climb in her float anytime she gets hot and if it's near the edge of the pool. She is pretty good at if I must says so myself. She can swim out to the steps with and without her life jacket.
