Do You Have Your Bulldog's Age and Weight (8 weeks to 10 years)

Hello Everyone!

I’m in beginning phase of compiling statistics of our Bulldogs’ ages & weights from 8 weeks to 10 years for an upcoming article I’m preparing. I thought it would be great to have our list be from our Members. I have Wilson and Emma’s weights from the time they were 8 weeks through the present. I know there’s more here that have them too because I’ve seen them.

If you would like to participate, here’s what I need. It’s ok too if you only have a few of these like 8 weeks, 10 months, 2 years, etc. I can work with that.

Post the picture and weight and age at.

8 weeks
3 months
4 months
5 months
6 months
7 months
8 months
9 months
10 months
11 months

1 year to 10 years.

Please keep all your pictures in ONE post and edit that post as needed. I’m guessing this may take me 6 – 8 weeks to finish, give or take. I’d like to include 5 males and 5 females. I will select my 10 Bullies from your posts. Those who’s Bullies I use for the article will receive a special gift from me. I may end up selecting more than 10 too.

I'll play! We got Lucy at 9 months old, so I don't have any earlier pictures of her This is one of the pictures the breeder had on her website (I mentioned in another post that Lucy was returned to the breeder as specified in the breeder's contract[can't sell or give away] when her original owners got a divorce) We actually got her at 9 months and 1 week. When I took her to the vet she weighed 41 lbs. This next picture was taken last weekend; when she turned 10 months She weighed 44 pounds today. Is she gaining too fast?

Well we didn't get HRH until she was almost 4. And she hasn't changed much. This will be a great reference to have here when you get it finished.

Edited since you asked for something anyway. I searched for pics that would show her shape if possible. And in most of her pics she's wearing clothes.

HRH keeps a pretty stable weight...She has been between 39 1/2 to 42 lbs every time she's been weighed. When she hit the 42 mark we did cut her food back a bit.

She eats Fromm Beef Frittata and gets 3/4 cup twice per day Plus probably about 1/4 cup throughout the day for potty treats. ( She used to get 1 cup twice a day plus treats before putting on the weight.)

Her Birthday is October 19, 2006

Tyler 5 months 35 lbs, 1 year 50 lbs, 52 to 55 lbs the rest of his 8 year life
Rudy 13 wks was 12.5 lbs, 3 months 20 lbs, 6 months 30. Lbs., almost 2 years 46lbs and still growing
Mila, 6 months 30 lbs, almost 1 year 40 lbs. and still growing

I have noticed reading this post that my girls are bigger than these weights! Lola was a big puppy and so is Lucy but Lola weighs 46 lbs at 11 months so I think thats about average but I bet by the time she is done she will be in the 50's! Lola and Lucy's mom is a big girls she weight 56-59 lbs nut their dad is in the 40's so maybe they will be in between.

Got him at ~12/13 weeks weighed 16lbs


About 14/15 weeks weighed 23.1lbs


This past weekend (Im saying 16 weeks - 4/21/13)


Edited - 4/22 to add weight (approx to third pic) - Id say ABOUT 25-28lbs. Hopefully I havent let him gain 7lbs in two weeks .

At about 18 weeks or so. Final puppy shots. 37 lbs of hunka burning love.

Amber is 17 months old and weight 52 pounds. Her weight up until she was 1 year is close to her sisters Emma's breakdown; Ruby is now 10 weeks old and weights 12.7 pounds but is gaining wieght fast right now. Ruby is coming up on 14 weeks and weighs 18 pounds. Amber has slowed down gaining weight but her head, chest and neck are gaining girth now.
