Good to hear that he is able to settle down with the tramadol. Getting relief from pain.

The Tramadol is working, thank goodness. He is much more relaxed. No more pacing or panting. The Rimadyl didn't do a thing for him.

How is Monty doing today.... sleeping better?

He is doing much better, thank you. His bottom is a big mess and he doesn't like me cleaning it but apart from that, he is doing quite well. The Tramadol has made a huge difference.

Dr. Dikeman called this morning with the results of the culture. All clear! Yay!!!! Drains out next week then hopefully all this will be behind him (Pun intended!)

Monty had his drains and stitches out today and all looks well. I am hoping and praying we don't get a nasty surprise again in a few weeks. It has happened so many times now, I am scared to breathe easy yet.
