We will always have at least two doggies, but I'm not sure it will be TWO EB's. I LOVE them to death, but OMG the financial side of it is endless...

Yep. We will most likely rescue one the next time around. If not we are planning on fostering at a minimum.

Most likely, the only reason I voted 'probably' is my unpredictability of
my autoimmune diseases, not because of wanting to have anything
EVER but a bully...I only wish I'd found out about bullies long ago :)

The next time we adopt I will probably go more the Olde English route. Only because I'm pretty sure Tank is a half and half and he is the healthiest bully I've ever had. :) Oh, I love my Tank!

oh my, my next how ever many dogs i get will be english bulldogs!! i love them to pieces!!

I can't imagine my life without an English bulldog:heart: can't say my next dog will be an EB though... somehow dogs seem to end up here for one reason or another. At this point we have 7 dogs and I said 3 dogs ago that 4 is more than enough and we can't take another one... but look how well that turned out:ashamed: Gotta win the lotto and buy the yard next to our house and build a rescue, the house starts to be crowded;)

I definitely see myself getting another bulldog. However, I plan on rescuing next time around. The puppy phase is something I only needed to experience once with these guys lol

Without a doubt. But as the others have said, my next baby will be a rescue. There are too many bullys out there that need a home.

Ruthie is my first EB. I have always had large dogs(German shepherds and golden's) and I will NEVER own another dog but a bulldog ever again. If I could clone Ruthie, I would. I always joke that I'm stocking up on robot parts for her..LOL. I'm officially a bulldog person thru and thru.

BULLDOG.... all the way.

For sure for sure, I love this breed, but I also love the French Bulldog, and would like to add one to my brood one day.

English Bulldog all the way!!! I actually think Sheldon might be half Olde English myself and he is pretty healthy. So far knock on wood no joint problems allergies are minimum and are being controlled through diet. Like others though I believe our next will be a rescue, just too many that have yet to experience owning a human.

I plan on always having at least 2 dogs at the same time, I just like the dynamic of having multiple dogs; that being said I plan on always having at least one bulldog and either a chocolate lab, boxer, or just a mutt, and I will always adopt no matter what the breed is...nothing against puppies or people who get puppies because I do think they are the cutest but I just don't think I could handle the puppy stage lol!

I will definitely always have an EB. Chumley was a rescue and I will do that again. I agree with Matt..while the puppies are absolutely adorable I don't want to deal with the training phase.
