Yes, did both ours due to outbreaks and vomiting... Found food and environmental allergies with both of them

ok, I suppose this is done at the vet's office. Any office or is there a specialized site that conduct this test?

We did our through our vet, full blood screen that was sent to an allergist lab. But other have gone to dermatologist for the test. Keep in mind, they are not 100% accurate and most is just a good base line to know what to avoid.

So far mine are allergic to rules and good behavior!
