They really are good boys and girls...they wait their turn.
Even the new girl, Stella(red girl, red collar, wonky skin), been with us since last Friday and has come out of her shell and fits in nicely

I need to video Sandy talking to her. She looks at Sandy and gets excited and shakes her head. Very unusual behavior

I'm curious... do you ever have fights?

The last one I can recall was between Pippy and Zoey over half an ice cube. It was over and done before I could intervene and Pippy ended up with a tiny cut on her tongue. Every now and then 2 dogs will have a yelling match(just noise that sounds much worse than it is) and a loud "HEY!" puts an end to it.

We are able to size up rescues pretty quickly...and get a good read on their disposition. We also take ALL toys out of the equasion. Strikes and Lala(to a lesser degree) are toy hoarders and I'm confident that they would fight over a toy. We saw that early on and knew that the toys would be an issue so no toys are allowed unless the dogs are alone. They all get their time with their favorite toys though.

Yes, Sandy(my wife)does...any time she sees me doing something I'm not supposed to be doing...and she doesn't think it's the least bit funny.

Stella(the bulldog), also shakes her head but we have yet to figure out why.
