| Cooper was welcomed into the rescue as a stray on July 8, 2014. Good samaritans found him overheated and wandering on their property, and took him in. They looked for the owners, and when no one came forward, they contacted us. He was covered in ticks, and had a bit of congestion and some joint issues, but is in decent overall health.
