So bear has a harness that I walk him on and I want a collar for him so I can put his air tag and ids on it however every collar I look at seems to choke him. Not literally but his neck rolls make every collar look ridiculous! I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation of collar brand that looks good on a bulldog! Just to reiterate it wouldn't be for walking!! And I'd prefer it to be dark green! Thank you all ☺️

We use Lupine Martingale collars exclusively. Every rescue that comes in gets a new collar and name tag. We never use collars with snaps because they can fail. I think the Lupines are guaranteed for life, but we've never had to have one replaced. Correctly adjusted, they fit comfortably loose-ish until pull pressure given...then they cinch up.

We got Buster a collar for exactly that reason. This is the one we have and we had one for Monty too.
We put the tags on the first ring to adjust the collar, not the longer part of the collar so they don't hang down. Very soft, comfy and durable. He is wearing it in the picture. Same price on Amazon.

We use martingales as well for Lambeau

do you leave the martingales on all the time?

i thoguht these were not supposed to be left on due to a choking hazard.

I personally would not leave a collar on all the time especially if the dog(s) are home alone.

All of our dogs(personal and rescues) have Martingales on all the time. Since 1994, hundreds of dogs, not an issue.
