Hi, there. My name is Cesar, or as my foster mom calls me, Cesar-Beezar. I am 2 years old and absolutely LOVE everybody I meet. I get along with other dogs - in fact, I love to give them all kisses. I am super cute, and I know it. But before you ask about me, please do your research on my condition. You see, I have spina bifida, which means I can't control my pee or poo, so I will need to wear a diaper for life. But please don't let this scare you away. I am very good about it. My foster mom says, "Let's change your diaper," and I know just where to run and how to stand there for her. And think of this - I will NEVER pee or poo in your house
