Hello again.

I have given harvey two baths since I got him 2 weeks ago and I am concern that I am drying his coat. Can I put lotion on him. Any hand (human) moisturizing lotions, doggie lotions? what is the best with least amount of allergens?

I would not use lotion as it may make him break out. Best way to keep skin from drying out is by feeding coconut or salmon oil with his food. :)

I wouldn't use lotion on him or bath him so much. Once or twice a month is plenty, more than that drys their skin out.

Agree with David and Lisa.... less baths and you can give one of the oils for his skin/coat, not lotion

Agree with the fish oil pills or coconut oil. It has done wonders for my guy

Fish oil and coconut will really help his coat, I also agree about bathing may be rough on the skin. Have you considered just plain water if he needs some cleaning? Also I have added a small amount of EVO to my labs belly when it seemed overly dry to me, id think coconut oil on the skin if really needed would be acceptable.
