Bulldog anatomy

This is odd. For more than five years, we've thought Castor had eight nipples but today we discovered that there are nine (five nipples on one side; four on the other side). Having looked this up we realise there is some variation between dogs, but now we're curious how many nipples other bulldogs have?

On top of this, one of them has always been much bigger than the rest of them but vets have not been concerned when we've asked about that.
