They are more towards the bottom when you click on setting on the top of the page to the right.... reps are what you get when people like your comments or they think you gave good info, funny info, ect.....when you look it will tell you who gave it to you and why and on what post....you have to have so many reps I think to get into the breakroom and become a comm vet...not sure tho

I think you have to be a 4 paw member to actually "see" who gave you rep and what note they wrote...another great reason o join 4 Paws!!
