Biting her nails

Hope everyone is good.

SOOOOO - recently Ellie had been trying to chew her back toe nail, something terrible, its not all the time, everything seems fine.

Anyone elses bully do this??

Can it be chipped or something stuck under the cuticle as we say. I know dogs dont have cuticles just trying to describe.

Is it actually her nail or maybe she is chewing her paw? Does it look red or irritated?

Possibly!! - but she is going right to the nail, biting and holding on and trying to chew

Monty occasionally chews on one of his dew claws and kind of pulls on it. He likes to put his foot up on something, like the baseboard, while he does it. I have checked it and all looks OK so have put it down to one of his quirks! If he did it all the time I would be more concerned but he doesnt.

Hmmmm nice colours too. You would need a magnify glass and check under the fur covering the nail n in between the toes.
