You could try training her one step at a time using treats for success.View attachment 111536
We have had them about a week now and she still won't use them. She still insists on jumping off our bed. She does use a little chest we have at the foot of my bed to jump up sometimes.

Put a treat on the top step?
I made this for the bed
All my dogs use it with no problem

Those are the same steps we have for our couches! So the main reason I got them was for Jax to try to minimize his jumping on and off. Now mind you, heād been doing so for 4 years so he did not take to the stairs at all. I would lure him up and down with treats but he still didnāt use the stairs. Then just one day he did. He doesnāt use them all of the time but will here and there.
So keeping working with her and Iām sure one day sheāll āget it.ā

She is afraid of them! I had them there for a couple of weeks and she won't step one foot in them. Even with a treat! Lol
I have a seat at the end of my bed that she has been using sometimes. My bed is kind of high.

I just thought the steps would be easier for her. She jumps on and off the bed a half of the time with out using it.
My hubby could build something like that! I'll have to show him.
